Applicants are industry-based employers, registered unions, community organisations, registered charities and not-for-profits, and partners with direct links to the construction, clean energy, advanced manufacturing and/or digital and technology industries. Partnerships with other organisations are a mandatory requirement for all projects. The program funds projects under two streams and covers up to 100% of eligible expenditure.

Partnership projects that drive structural and cultural change in workplaces and VET pathways, including developing and delivering innovative and scalable initiatives, implementing gender equality policies and strategies, improving employment conditions and flexibility, and reducing barriers that prevent women from accessing and participating in training and work.

Expected Outcomes

Expected outcomes include strong and enduring partnerships, increased women’s participation in VET and male-dominated industries, improved recruitment, promotion and retention of women, better workplace policies and conditions supporting gender equality and caring responsibilities, and practical evidence of changes that can be applied more broadly across the economy.
