Who Can Apply

• Must have an active Australian Business Number and be an eligible incorporated entity • Project must include at least $250,000 in eligible expenditure • Project must be completed by 2023-05-31 • Individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations and government bodies are not eligible
To be eligible, applicants must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and be one of the following: an entity incorporated in Australia, a company limited by guarantee, an incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, an incorporated association, an incorporated not for profit organisation, a publicly funded research organisation (PFRO), or an Indigenous Corporation under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth). The project must have at least $250,000 in eligible expenditure and must be completed by 31 May 2023. Joint applications are acceptable if there is an eligible lead organisation. Ineligible applicants include individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations, trusts without an incorporated trustee, Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government bodies, non-corporate Commonwealth entities, and organisations listed on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join the scheme.
