Who Can Apply

• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be an eligible incorporated entity • Eligible entities include: entity incorporated in Australia, company limited by guarantee, incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, incorporated association, incorporated not for profit organisation, publicly funded research organisation, or Indigenous Corporation • Project must have at least $250,000 in eligible expenditure • Project must be completed by 2023-05-31 • Joint applications are allowed if the lead organisation is eligible • Individuals are not eligible • Partnerships are not eligible • Unincorporated associations are not eligible • Trusts are not eligible unless applying through an incorporated trustee • Commonwealth, State, Territory and local government bodies are not eligible • Non-corporate Commonwealth entities are not eligible • Organisations on the National Redress Scheme non-participating institutions list are not eligible
Applicants must have an active Australian Business Number and be an eligible incorporated entity. Eligible entities include an entity incorporated in Australia, a company limited by guarantee, an incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, an incorporated association, an incorporated not for profit organisation, a publicly funded research organisation, or an Indigenous Corporation under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006. Projects must have at least $250,000 in eligible expenditure and be completed by 31 May 2023. Joint applications are permitted if the lead organisation is eligible. Ineligible applicants include individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations, trusts without an incorporated trustee, government bodies, non-corporate Commonwealth entities, and organisations listed on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join.
