The Building Grants Assistance Scheme provides capital assistance to eligible non-government schools in New South Wales to build, extend or upgrade school facilities. It is intended to help schools with the greatest need accommodate growing enrolments.

- Applicant must be a non-government school in New South Wales.
- School must be registered with the NSW Education Standards Authority.
- School must operate on a not-for-profit basis.
