• Applicant must be a landholder. • Project area must include at least 100 hectares of mapped primary plains-wanderer habitat. • Applicant must have completed all previous works funded by Local Land Services. • Applicant must have no outstanding debts to Local Land Services. • Applicant must be willing to enter into a contractual agreement with Local Land Services. • Applicant must maintain the primary plains-wanderer habitat and funded works for 10 years. • Applicant must complete all project works by 2023-06-30. • Applicant must hold public liability insurance of at least 10000000. • Applicant must allow project staff to access and monitor habitat conditions every quarter. • Applicant must be located within the Murray Local Land Services Region.
To be eligible, applicants had to be landholders with at least 100 hectares of mapped primary plains-wanderer habitat within the proposed project area, have completed all previous works funded by Local Land Services, have no outstanding debts to Local Land Services, be willing to enter into a contractual agreement with Local Land Services and maintain the habitat and funded works for 10 years, complete all project works by 30 June 2023, hold public liability insurance of at least $10 million, and allow quarterly access and monitoring by project staff. Land managers outside the Murray Local Land Services Region and projects without at least 100 hectares of mapped plains-wanderer habitat were not eligible.
