• Must be incorporated in Australia and be a trading corporation • Trading activities must be substantial or significant to the corporation • Individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations and most trusts are not eligible • Government bodies, non-corporate Commonwealth entities and income tax exempt entities are not eligible
To be eligible, applicants must be an entity incorporated in Australia and a trading corporation. Trading activities must form a sufficiently significant proportion of the corporation’s overall activities or be a substantial and not merely peripheral activity. Applicants are not eligible if they are income tax exempt, an individual, a partnership, an unincorporated association, a trust (except an incorporated trustee applying on behalf of a trust), a Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government body including government business enterprises, a non-corporate Commonwealth entity, or any organisation not included in section 4.1 of the guidelines.
