To be eligible, applicants must be an entity incorporated in Australia and a trading corporation. Trading activities must form a sufficiently significant proportion of the corporation's overall activities or be a substantial and not merely peripheral activity. Ineligible applicants include income tax exempt entities, individuals, partnerships, unincorporated associations, organisations not included in section 4.1 of the guidelines, trusts (except where an incorporated trustee applies on behalf of a trust), Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government bodies including government business enterprises, and non-corporate Commonwealth entities.
