Who is eligible for the Boating Infrastructure Emergency Repair Pool?
- Applicants may be local councils, government agencies, community groups or private sector organisations.

- Project costs and funding requests must be supported by reasonable quotes or past invoices relevant to the scope.
- A detailed plan of works must be provided, including risks, timeframes, milestones, methodology, drawings or specifications as applicable.
- If betterment funding is requested, evidence must show why betterment is more beneficial than repair.
- The asset must be available for use by the general boating public and provide direct benefits to recreational boaters and the general boating public.
- Applications must be submitted within 3 months of the natural disaster or severe weather event.
