- Project must include eligible activities consistent with the grant opportunity guidelines
- Project must have at least $20,000 in eligible expenditure
- Individuals are not eligible
- Partnerships are not eligible
- Trusts are not eligible unless applying through an incorporated trustee
- Commonwealth or State government agencies or bodies are generally not eligible except specified entities
- Regional Development Australia Committees are not eligible
- Organisations listed on the National Redress Scheme website as not having joined or signified intent to join are not eligible
- Organisations named by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 are not eligible
