• Be a Territory Enterprise (for-profit or not-for-profit), a landowner (landlord), or a body corporate under the Unit Titles Act (NT) 1975 • Hold a valid Australian business number (ABN) • Own or lease premises in the Northern Territory • Have at least one Territory Enterprise actively trading from the premises • Be fully compliant with relevant legal obligations
To be eligible, the applicant must be a Territory Enterprise (for-profit or not-for-profit), a landowner (landlord), or a body corporate under the Unit Titles Act (NT) 1975; hold a valid Australian business number (ABN); own or lease premises in the Northern Territory; have at least one Territory Enterprise actively trading from the premises; and be fully compliant with relevant legal obligations.
