• Must be a Northern Territory business owner seeking to improve premises safety and security • Must be a Territory Enterprise (for-profit or not-for-profit), a landowner (landlord), or a body corporate under the Unit Titles Act (NT) 1975 • Must not be an excluded recipient • Must own or lease premises in the Northern Territory • Must have at least one Territory Enterprise actively trading from the premises • Must be fully compliant with relevant legal obligations
