Who is eligible for the Back to Work Small Business Support Pool?
- Must have an approved Back to Work application for an employee who commenced employment from 2021-07-01 and is currently employed with the business.
- Must be a small business employing fewer than 20 people.
- Must explain how the funding will support retention of the Back to Work employee beyond 52 weeks of continuous employment.
- Only one application is permitted per approved Back to Work employee.
- Must provide quote or quotes totalling at least 2000.
- Must declare they have not received, and are not eligible for, Australian Government funding for a similar purpose.
- If applying for workplace fit-out, must provide evidence of ownership of the business premises or approval to update the premises.
- Application must be submitted by the employer, not an agent or other party.
