Who Can Apply

• Must have an approved Back to Work application for an employee who commenced employment from 1 July 2021 and is currently employed with the business. • Must be a small business employing fewer than 20 people. • Must explain how the Small Business Support Pool will help retain the Back to Work employee beyond 52 weeks of continuous employment. • Only one application is permitted per approved Back to Work employee. • Must provide quote or quotes to a value of at least $2000. • Must declare they have not received and are not eligible for similar funding from the Australian Government. • If applying for workplace fit-out support, must provide evidence they own the premises or have approval to update the premises. • Application must be submitted by the employer, not an agent or other party.
