• Must be a jobseeker • Must belong to at least one specified target group • Most target groups require unemployment for at least 8 weeks • Long-term unemployed applicants require unemployment for at least 52 weeks
Applicants must be jobseekers who identify as belonging to one or more target groups. Eligible target groups are: young people aged 15-24 who have been unemployed for a minimum of 8 weeks; Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples unemployed for a minimum of 8 weeks; people with disability unemployed for a minimum of 8 weeks; culturally and linguistically diverse peoples unemployed for a minimum of 8 weeks; and long-term unemployed people unemployed for a minimum of 52 weeks.
