Who Can Apply

- Must be a Queensland resident aged 15 years or over and no longer at school - Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible temporary resident on a pathway to permanent residency - Must not already hold or be enrolled in a Certificate III or higher qualification - Training must be through a registered training organisation that is an approved pre-qualified supplier
The program is open to Queensland residents aged 15 years or over who are no longer at school, except VET in Schools students. Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident including humanitarian entrants, or a temporary resident with the necessary visa and on the pathway to permanent residency. Prospective students must not already have, or be enrolled in, a Certificate III or higher qualification, excluding qualifications completed at school and foundation skills training. Training must be delivered by registered training organisations that are also approved pre-qualified suppliers.
