Who Can Apply

• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Indigenous Corporation Number (ICN) • Must be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) • Must be a trading corporation with significant trading activities • Must be an entity incorporated in Australia, including incorporated not-for-profit organisations, registered charities and companies limited by guarantee, or an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation, or an incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust • Must address all assessment criteria and sub-criteria • May apply independently or as part of a consortium, but a lead organisation must submit the application • Must identify all consortium members in the application where applicable • Must submit a separate application for each service area applied for • Must propose to service the full geographic service area, not only part of it
Applicants must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Indigenous Corporation Number (ICN), be registered for GST, and be a trading corporation whose trading activities are a sufficiently significant proportion of its overall activities. Eligible entity types include an entity incorporated in Australia (including incorporated not-for-profit organisations, registered charities and companies limited by guarantee), an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006, or an incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust. Applicants must address all assessment criteria and may apply independently or as part of a consortium, with one lead organisation submitting the application and entering into the agreement. A separate application is required for each service area, and proposals must cover the full service area rather than part of it.
