• Have an Australian Business Number (ABN), Australian Company Number (ACN), or Indigenous Corporation Number (ICN), or otherwise be an eligible applicant type listed in the guidelines • Be an Australian consortium with a lead organisation, an Australian registered charity or not-for-profit organisation, an Australian local government body, an Australian State/Territory government body, a corporate Commonwealth entity, an Australian statutory authority, an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia, or a Japanese citizen or organisation • Be located in Australia or Japan • Be aged at least 18 years if applying as an individual or if you are the primary contact for the applying organisation • Refer to section 4 of the Grant Guidelines for full eligibility details
