- Open to not for profit incorporated bodies
- Open to co-operatives, trusts and local government authorities
- For-profit organisations may be eligible for specific projects after discussion with Screen NSW
- Applicants must be legally constituted and provide proof of legal status
- Consortia may apply if one eligible organisation is nominated as lead organisation
- Non-New South Wales based organisations may apply if the project occurs in New South Wales or significantly benefits New South Wales residents
- Applicants must comply with Screen NSW Terms of Trade
- Individuals, partnerships, groups of individuals and unincorporated organisations are generally ineligible
- Government departments and agencies, primary and secondary schools, tertiary institutions and TAFE colleges are generally ineligible
- Previous Screen NSW or Create NSW recipients with unmet funding conditions or overdue acquittals are generally ineligible
