Who Can Apply

• Must already provide a dedicated support service to vulnerable humanitarian visa holders • Must be an Australian Government Humanitarian Settlement Program provider, or have a core business delivering services to humanitarian visa holders • Must be currently operating in New South Wales • Must be a legal entity with capacity to contract • Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be registered for GST • Must have an account with an Australian financial institution • Must be covered by public liability insurance • Must be financially viable • Eligible entity types include incorporated companies, companies limited by guarantee, incorporated trustees, incorporated associations, partnerships, registered charities or not-for-profit organisations, and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander corporations • Federal or State Government entities are not eligible
To be eligible, providers must already provide a dedicated support service to vulnerable humanitarian visa holders. Organisations must either be an Australian Government Humanitarian Settlement Program provider, or have a core business delivering services to humanitarian visa holders. Applicants must be currently operating in New South Wales, be a legal entity with capacity to contract, have an Australian Business Number, be registered for GST, hold an account with an Australian financial institution, be covered by public liability insurance, and be financially viable. Eligible entity types include a company incorporated in Australia, a company incorporated by guarantee, an incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, an incorporated association, a partnership, a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation, or an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006. Federal or State Government entities are not eligible.
