• Applicant must be a not-for-profit incorporated body, local government authority, or a collective/group with a nominated administering body • Applicant must hold a current certificate of currency for Public Liability Insurance • Applicant must be based in the Arts Upper Hunter region • Project must be substantially based in the Arts Upper Hunter region • Eligible locations include Dungog, Muswellbrook, Singleton and Upper Hunter council areas • Project should start by 2025-01-15 and must be completed by 2025-12-01 • Individuals cannot apply • Groups not based in the region cannot apply • Projects not substantially based in the region cannot apply • Professional touring groups cannot apply • Commercial enterprises cannot apply • Unincorporated associations without an administering body cannot apply • Regional Conservatoriums cannot apply • Organisations that have applied for or received funding from Arts Upper Hunter or Create NSW for the same activity cannot apply • State and federal government departments, including schools, cannot apply except P&Cs or P&Fs • Organisations with overdue reports or acquittals for Arts Upper Hunter-administered funding cannot apply • Applicants must discuss their project with Arts Upper Hunter before applying
Applicants must be a not-for-profit incorporated body, a local government authority, or a collective/group with a nominated administering body. Individuals, commercial enterprises, professional touring groups, unincorporated associations without an administering body, regional conservatoriums, government departments including schools (except P&Cs or P&Fs), organisations with overdue reports or acquittals, and organisations seeking funding for the same activity already funded or applied for through Arts Upper Hunter or Create NSW are not eligible. Applicants must discuss their project with Arts Upper Hunter before applying.
