• Applicant can be a not for profit incorporated body • Applicant can be an individual or sole trader with a current ABN • Groups or collectives may apply if a lead Project Administrator has an ABN • Groups or collectives may apply with a nominated Funds Administrator • Eligible locations include Byron, Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore, Richmond Valley and Tweed • Project must start by 2024-09-01 • Project must be completed by 2025-06-30 • Applicants based outside the Arts Northern Rivers region are not eligible • Projects based outside the eligible region are not eligible • Interstate organisations are not eligible • Professional touring groups are not eligible • Commercial enterprises are not eligible • Groups, ensembles and unincorporated associations with no Funds Administrator are not eligible • Regional Conservatoriums are not eligible • Organisations that have applied for or received Create NSW funding for the same activity are not eligible • Previous recipients whose prior grant use did not conform to the guidelines may be ineligible • Local, state and federal government departments, including schools, are not eligible except incorporated P&Cs
Applicants may be a not for profit incorporated body, an individual or sole trader with a current ABN, a group or collective where the lead project administrator has an ABN, or a group or collective with a nominated funds administrator. Applicants and projects must be based in the Arts Northern Rivers region, covering Byron, Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore, Richmond Valley and Tweed. Projects must start by 1 September 2024 and be completed by 30 June 2025. Ineligible applicants include those based outside the region, interstate organisations, professional touring groups, commercial enterprises, groups or unincorporated associations with no funds administrator, regional conservatoriums, organisations seeking funding for the same activity already funded or applied for through Create NSW, previous recipients whose prior grant use did not conform to guidelines, and local, state and federal government departments including schools except incorporated P&Cs.
