• Must be an arts, cultural, screen, sound or creative industry organisation and/or a Local Government Authority located in New South Wales • Must have a clearly defined focus on arts or cultural activities that directly benefit New South Wales artists, arts and cultural workers and/or New South Wales communities • Must have a valid Australian Business Number with the same entity name as the applicant • Must have a bank account with the same name as the ABN entity name • Must be a legal entity • Individuals cannot apply • Groups cannot apply • Organisations outside New South Wales cannot apply • Organisations that do not meet the Australian Business Number requirements cannot apply • Schools and educational institutions, including preschools, primary schools and secondary schools, cannot apply
