Who is eligible for the 2025 Visual Arts Fellowship (Emerging)?
- Applicants can be individuals or groups, but the individual or all group members must be emerging or early career visual artists
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Applicants must have resided in New South Wales for the last 12 months
- Applicants must meet ABN requirements
- Incorporated entity, company and trust ABNs are not accepted
- Group applications must be submitted by one individual on behalf of the group
- Nominated group members in a group application cannot submit separate applications to the fellowship
- Organisations cannot apply
- Previous shortlisted applicants or successful recipients of the NSW Visual Arts Fellowship (Emerging) cannot apply
- Proposed professional development activities must not already be taking place or be completed
- Current Create NSW employees, or those employed by Create NSW within the last 12 months, cannot apply
- Successful applicants must provide an active ABN and a bank account with the same name as the ABN, or use a funds administrator
