• Have a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) for the organisation • Have a bank account with the same name as the ABN • Be an arts, screen, sound and cultural organisation and/or a Local Government Authority located in New South Wales • Have a clearly defined focus on arts, screen, sound and cultural activities • Deliver activities that directly benefit New South Wales artists, arts and cultural workers and/or New South Wales communities through arts and cultural led activities • Individuals cannot apply • Groups cannot apply • Organisations outside New South Wales cannot apply • Organisations that do not meet the ABN requirements cannot apply • Schools and educational institutions, including preschools, primary and secondary schools, cannot apply • Organisations without a clearly defined focus on arts, screen, sound and cultural activities cannot apply
Applicants must have a valid Australian Business Number, a bank account in the same name as their ABN, and be an arts, screen, sound and cultural organisation and/or a Local Government Authority located in New South Wales. Applicants must have a clearly defined focus on arts, screen, sound and cultural activities that directly benefits New South Wales artists, arts and cultural workers and/or New South Wales communities through arts and cultural led activities. Individuals, groups, organisations outside New South Wales, organisations that do not meet ABN requirements, schools and educational institutions (including preschools, primary and secondary schools), and organisations without a clearly defined arts, screen, sound and cultural focus cannot apply.
