Who Can Apply

Based in Victoria and seeking funding for eligible activities Must have a current ABN and be an eligible local government, not-for-profit, Aboriginal entity or incorporated social enterprise No overdue reports from previous or current Department of Families, Fairness and Housing grants Unincorporated groups without an ABN may apply only through an eligible auspice; private companies, sole traders, individuals and charitable trusts are ineligible
Applicants must be based in Victoria, have a current Australian Business Number, and be an eligible organisation such as a Victorian local government authority, a not-for-profit legal entity, an incorporated Aboriginal entity, or an incorporated social enterprise with a mission related to supporting young people and/or the creative industries. Applicants must seek funding for eligible activities, have no overdue reports from previous or current grants funded via the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, and include all mandatory attachments relevant to their application type. Unincorporated associations and community organisations with no ABN are not eligible to apply directly but may apply through an eligible auspice organisation. Private for-profit companies, sole traders, individuals and charitable trusts are not eligible. Funded activities must occur in Victoria and comply with program conditions including child safety, supervision, insurance and reporting requirements.
