Who Can Apply

• Organisation must be based in Victoria. • Applicant must be seeking funding for eligible activities. • Organisation must have no overdue reports from previous or current grants funded via the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. • Applicant must include mandatory attachments relevant to the application type. • Applicant must have a current Australian Business Number (ABN), unless applying through an eligible auspice arrangement. • Eligible applicants include Victorian local government authorities. • Eligible applicants include not-for-profit legal entities, including registered charities and incorporated associations or corporations. • Eligible applicants include incorporated Aboriginal entities, including Aboriginal not-for-profit organisations, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, Traditional Owner groups or land trusts. • Eligible applicants include incorporated social enterprises with a clear purpose related to supporting young people and/or the creative industries. • Unincorporated associations and community organisations with no ABN are not eligible unless applying using an auspice. • Ineligible entities include private for-profit companies. • Ineligible entities include sole traders and individuals. • Ineligible entities include charitable trusts. • Activities outside Victoria are not eligible for funding.
Applicants must be based in Victoria and seek funding for eligible activities. Eligible organisations must have a current Australian Business Number and be either a Victorian local government authority, a not-for-profit legal entity, an incorporated Aboriginal entity, or an incorporated social enterprise with a mission related to supporting young people and/or the creative industries. Applicants must have no overdue reports from previous or current grants funded via the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing and must include required attachments. Unincorporated associations and community organisations with no ABN are not eligible to apply directly but may apply through an eligible auspice organisation. Ineligible entities include private for-profit companies, sole traders, individuals and charitable trusts. Activities must be delivered in Victoria and align with program objectives.
