• Be a legal entity established in Australia • Be a South Australia entity, including businesses and not-for-profits • Have an active Australian Business Number as at 2025-01-01 • Be registered for goods and services tax as at 2025-07-22 • Have Australia-wide grouped payroll of less than 1500000 in 2024-25 • Be primarily categorised in one or more impacted marine industry categories • Demonstrate minimum turnover of 18750 in the 3-month comparative period • Demonstrate a decline in turnover of 30% or more using the comparative period
Applicants must be a legal entity established in Australia and a South Australia entity, including businesses and not-for-profits. They must have had an active ABN as at 1 January 2025, be registered for GST as at 22 July 2025, have Australia-wide grouped payroll of less than $1.5 million in 2024-25, and be primarily categorised in one or more impacted marine industry categories. Applicants must also demonstrate minimum turnover of $18,750 in the 3-month comparative period and a decline in turnover of 30% or more using the comparative period.
