• Must be an incorporated, community-based not-for-profit organisation or registered charity • Must be based in New South Wales • Must be financially viable • Must deliver ACSAP services free of charge across New South Wales • Must have appropriate premises and access channels, including phone, email, outreach and face-to-face options • Consortium applications are allowed for eligible Community Legal Centres working under one funding agreement and one Lead Agency • Consortium applications must include documented governance arrangements, including referral pathways, information sharing and shared practice standards • Individuals or groups of individuals are not eligible • Unincorporated organisations are not eligible • Organisations that may realise a commercial gain from the project are not eligible • Organisations not based in New South Wales are not eligible
