Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be an incorporated not-for-profit community organisation, Local Aboriginal Land Council, or incorporated Aboriginal community organisation. • Applicant must have an ABN. • Applicant must have, or be willing to purchase, at least $20 million public liability insurance. • Applicant must be located in New South Wales. • Applicant must not be insolvent, bankrupt, or subject to ongoing legal proceedings. • Applicant must declare they are not aware of issues that could cause reputational or other risks to the NSW Government. • Applicant must provide evidence of incorporation through an ABN or ACN. • Eligible unincorporated organisations must provide evidence of registration with NSW Fair Trading under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) or another Act. • Project must be in an eligible listed regional New South Wales location. • Ineligible applicants include individuals, sole traders, unincorporated associations, for-profit/commercial organisations, and government agencies or statutory authorities.
