Who Can Apply

• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be an entity incorporated in Australia, or an Australian State or Territory Government agency or body • Application must be a joint application with at least one project partner • Lead organisation must be eligible and manage the project on behalf of the consortium • Must certify board support, or CEO/equivalent support if there is no board • Must certify ability to complete the project and meet costs not covered by grant funding • Must agree to publicly share knowledge and information arising from the project • Must comply with Australian Industry Participation requirements • Project must be aimed at establishing a hydrogen industrial hub in regional Australia • Project must have at least 60000000 in eligible expenditure • Not eligible as lead applicant if an individual, partnership, unincorporated association, Commonwealth entity, or excluded organisation under the guidelines • Not eligible if the applicant or a project partner is listed on the National Redress Scheme exclusion list • Local government entities are not eligible as lead applicants, but may participate as project partners
