• Must be an ACT resident for at least 6 months • Must hold a Health Care Card for at least 6 months, a Pension Card, or equivalent • No interest loan applicants must have combined family income of no more than $65000 • Low interest loan applicants must have combined family income of no more than $75000 • No interest loan applicants must be setting up a business based in the ACT • Low interest loan applicants must have an existing or semi established business based in the ACT • Program is for low income earners
