• Must be an ACT resident on a low income
• Applications may be made at any time
• For no interest loans, must have held a Health Care Card for at least 6 months, a Pension Card or equivalent
• For no interest loans, combined family income must be no higher than $65,000
• For no interest loans, must have been an ACT resident for a minimum of 6 months
• For no interest loans, must be setting up a business based in the ACT
• For low interest loans, must have held a Health Care Card for at least 6 months, a Pension Card or equivalent
• For low interest loans, combined family income must be no higher than $75,000
• For low interest loans, must have been an ACT resident for a minimum of 6 months
• For low interest loans, must have an existing or semi established business based in the ACT
