Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be a successful grant recipient from a previous Aboriginal Languages Community Investments Program round. • Applicant must be located in New South Wales and/or deliver services to communities within New South Wales. • Applicant must hold public liability insurance of at least $10 million. • Applicant must address the eligibility criteria in full in the application. • Individuals cannot apply. • Federal and State Government agencies and bodies, including public schools and hospitals, cannot apply. • Local councils cannot apply. • Schools, universities, TAFE, and adult and community education providers cannot apply. • For-profit organisations, including Aboriginal businesses, cannot apply. • Unincorporated organisations or groups without an eligible auspicing organisation cannot apply. • Organisations that have not met project acquittal and reporting requirements for funding received from the Aboriginal Languages Trust or Aboriginal Affairs NSW in the previous two years cannot apply.
