- Eligible applicants include Aboriginal corporations registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth)
- Eligible applicants include companies incorporated in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
- Eligible applicants include local Aboriginal land councils established under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 (NSW)
- Eligible applicants include incorporated cooperatives
- Eligible applicants include incorporated trustees on behalf of a trust
- Eligible applicants include unincorporated groups with an agreement with an eligible organisation to auspice the funding
- Applicants must be located in New South Wales and/or deliver services to communities within New South Wales
- Applicants must have public liability insurance of at least $10000000 per claim
- Individuals cannot apply
- Federal and state government agencies and bodies cannot apply
- Local councils cannot apply
- Schools, universities, TAFE, and Adult and Community Education providers cannot apply
- For-profit organisations, including Aboriginal businesses, cannot apply
- Unincorporated organisations or groups without an eligible auspicing organisation cannot apply
- Organisations that have not met acquittal or reporting requirements for relevant prior funding in the previous two years cannot apply
- Organisations with redress sanctions under the National Redress Scheme cannot apply
