To be eligible for funding, applicants must be either an Aboriginal person, an Aboriginal entity (including a family/clan or community organisation, or an Aboriginal owned and run business), or a person acting on behalf of an Aboriginal entity. Applicants must confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria and provide eligibility evidence and other requirements as set out in the Aboriginal Fishing Trust Guidelines for Applicants.
