Who Can Apply

• Applicant is an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation providing early childhood education and care services, or an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander organisation providing early childhood education and care services, or a not-for-profit service in an eligible location • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander organisations may demonstrate status through ORIC registration, Supply Nation, Indigenous Chamber of Commerce, 51% Aboriginal ownership, or other relevant documentation • Proposed program activities must be developed by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher • Program delivery must be implemented by a certificate III or diploma qualified early childhood educator, an Early Childhood Teacher, or another person with a relevant tertiary qualification • For not-for-profit services, the service must be located in an eligible SA3 location in New South Wales
Applications must be from an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation providing ECEC services, or an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander organisation providing ECEC services, or a not-for-profit service located in an eligible location. Applicants must have proposed program activities developed by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and implemented by a certificate III or diploma qualified early childhood educator, an Early Childhood Teacher, or another person with a relevant tertiary qualification. Eligible locations are specified SA3 areas in New South Wales.
