Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be a NSW Local Aboriginal Land Council or an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation operating in Mogo or Toomelah. • Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations must be registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. • Applicant must have appropriate insurance with a minimum of $10 million. • Applicant must address the NSW National Redress Scheme sanctions. • Funded project must employ a community engagement officer. • Projects must be delivered by 30 June 2026.
Applicants must be either NSW Local Aboriginal Land Councils or Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations that operate and work within the communities of Mogo and Toomelah. Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations must be registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. All applicants must have appropriate insurance of at least $10 million, address the NSW National Redress Scheme sanctions, and employ a community engagement officer as part of the funded project.
