• Must meet the Northern Territory Government definition of an Aboriginal Business Enterprise • Must meet the Northern Territory Government definition of a Territory Enterprise • Must have annual turnover of less than $10 million • Must hold a valid Australian Business Number for at least 3 months • Must have an active GrantsNT organisation and individual profile • May be ineligible if operating as a casual, hobby or temporary business • May be ineligible if there are outstanding Northern Territory Government grant acquittals or unmet obligations from previous grants • May be ineligible if applicants, owners or directors are insolvent or have an undischarged bankruptcy • May be ineligible if funding has been received from this program in the last 36 months
