Must meet NTG definitions of an Aboriginal Business Enterprise and Territory Enterprise Annual turnover must be less than $10 million and ABN must be active for at least 3 months Must have active GrantsNT organisation and individual profiles Ineligible if insolvent, with outstanding grant obligations, operating as a hobby/casual business, or funded under this program in the last 36 months
Applicants must meet the Northern Territory Government definition of an Aboriginal Business Enterprise and a Territory Enterprise, have annual turnover of less than $10 million, hold a valid Australian Business Number for at least 3 months, and have an active GrantsNT organisation and individual profile. Applicants may be ineligible if they operate as a casual, hobby or temporary business, have outstanding Northern Territory Government grant acquittals or unmet obligations from previous grants, are insolvent or have an undischarged bankruptcy, or have received funding from this program in the last 36 months.
