Who Can Apply

• Must meet the NT Government definition of an Aboriginal Business Enterprise • Must meet the NT Government definition of a Territory Enterprise • Must have annual turnover of less than $10 million • Must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) for at least 3 months • Must have an active GrantsNT organisation and individual profile • Ineligible if operating as a casual, hobby or temporary business • Ineligible if there are outstanding NT Government grant acquittals or unmet obligations from previous grants • Ineligible if applicants, owners or directors are insolvent or have an undischarged bankruptcy • Ineligible if funding has been received from this program in the last 36 months
