- Must meet the NT Government definition of an Aboriginal Business Enterprise
- Must meet the NT Government definition of a Territory Enterprise
- Must have annual turnover of less than $10 million
- Must hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) for at least 3 months
- Must have an active GrantsNT organisation and individual profile
- Ineligible if operating as a casual, hobby or temporary business
- Ineligible if there are outstanding NT Government grant acquittals or unmet obligations from previous grants
- Ineligible if applicants, owners or directors are insolvent or have an undischarged bankruptcy
- Ineligible if funding has been received from this program in the last 36 months
