Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, arts workers, groups and organisations can apply. Non-Aboriginal led organisations may apply if appropriate consultation and protocols are demonstrated. Funded organisations, including NPAPF organisations and Statutory Authorities, are eligible. Arts and cultural organisations and Aboriginal arts centres may auspice applications for individuals.
Applicants can include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individual artists, groups, arts and cultural organisations, and arts workers or cultural workers. Non-Aboriginal led organisations that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, culture and practice may apply if they can demonstrate and reference that appropriate consultation and protocols are in place. Funded organisations including small-to-medium organisations, major organisations, Statutory Authorities, organisations funded through the National Performing Arts Partnership Framework, and arts and cultural organisations and Aboriginal arts centres may submit and/or auspice grants on behalf of individual Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and arts and cultural workers.
