• Not have received funding in the previous round of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Development funding (or First Nations Commissioning Fund Round 6)
• Not have received more than $1 million per annum in grants from Arts Queensland in the last 12 months
Applicants must be based in Queensland and be either an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person or an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander group or organisation. They must have an active ABN in the same name used in the application and a bank account in the same name. Applicants must not have received funding in the previous round of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Arts Development funding (or First Nations Commissioning Fund Round 6), and must not have received more than $1 million per annum in grants from Arts Queensland in the last 12 months.
