This grant provides financial support to small businesses in defined Queensland disaster areas affected by the North and Far North Tropical Low event from 29 January to 28 February 2025. It is intended to assist businesses that were unable to trade or suffered at least a 60 per cent drop in revenue due to the disaster.

- Have been actively trading immediately prior to being affected by the disaster event
- Demonstrate an intent to continue or continued in business after the disaster event
- Not be insolvent and not have owners/directors that are undischarged bankrupt
- For at least 14 consecutive days due to the disaster, either be completely unable to conduct trading activities or have experienced a revenue decrease of at least 60% compared to the same 14-day period in 2024, or 2023 if 2024 revenue was impacted by Tropical Cyclone Jasper
- If trading for less than 12 months, provide BAS evidence for Q2 and Q3 of the 2024-25 financial year showing a 60% reduction in revenue; if no BAS for Q2 has been submitted, the business is not eligible
